I don't know how many times I've watched this and it still makes me cry every time! The music is exquisite.

The acting is superb. They all should have gotten Emma's for this episode.

This is what was special about ER! Some of the greatest actors giving it their all for an episode every week!

This is an extraordinary scene. Well acted by all of them. It's like Doug and Carol never left the show.

Susan Sarandon was so good here, ably supported by Clooney and Margulies. Wonderful writing and direction by John Wells, who wrote a lot of the Doug/Carol character episodes.

It was amazing to see all these actors contribute to a very important cause. As someone who works in an er I think they did it exactly the way were supposed to do it.

George Clooney just has a way about him, and he brought a depth and completeness to Doug Ross.
