Kvitka Cisyk's parents moved from Ukraine to the United States, so she was born there and studied music. Out of a need to earn money, she entered the market of advertising jingles. Since the early 1980s, Cisyk has become one of the most expensive and popular jingle singers in the United States, performing radio and television commercials, working for ABC, NBC, CBS, Burger King, McDonald's, American Airlines and Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, and Pepsi-Cola. In 1981, she recorded the commercial song "Have You Driven a Ford Lately?" for Ford Motor Company. Since then, and until her death, she remained the only voice of this car company. She received every new model of their cars. In 1987, Ford estimated that the total number of listens to Cissy's commercials amounted to more than 20 billion listeners, almost four times the world's population at the time. This is a world record for a corporate soloist. She also performed jingles for Chevrolet, Cadillac, and Toyota. But it hurt her that she was singing for everyone but Ukrainians. She recorded two albums of Ukrainian folk songs, and her mother corrected her pronunciation because Kvitka had been to Ukraine only once as an adult. It was illegal because her songs were banned in Ukraine. She spent $200,000 of her own money to release these albums. Cisyk gathered 40 of the best studio instrumentalists in New York City to record the albums, those who could not be afforded by famous US pop stars. It was her gift to Ukraine.

Nice singing. But Kvitka sang oniy 2 couplets. There are 4 couplets in this song. I recommend to you channel and < Дмитро Гнатюк Черемшина>. 1 - < again the voice of the cuckoo is heard in the forest, the swallows twisted the nest in shock, and tne shepherd drives the flock with a plow, the song of the nightingale sing behind the grove.> 2 сouplet - < she went to garden passed osokory ( trees), looked at tne high mountains, where pure dews fall from tne sky viburnum flower pinned in braids. >. 3 - < the sun sets again over the horizon, the shepherd sings from the field ( полонина - polonina ) , I will come to you, wnen I will drive the flock into the fold from the field.>.4 couplet < here is the evening. Sheep near a ford drink cold waterfrom Cheremosh (river). A girl who loves him meets a shepherd in the garden>.
