It is my personal head cannon that Eren had this innate reflex to not attack his opponent while they're transforming, that's why he still took some time before attacking. Realizing that the reflex is utter bs, as soon as he could, he stood and attacked before the Warhammer finished. Even the Attack Titan desires freedom from that trope.

I think there was some missed opportunity to give some depth to the Tybur family and the Warhammer. It would have been really neat to see some conflict on how they should go about dealing with Eren as the Founder. On one hand, Marley wants to recapture. They believe thats the best course of action to ensure undeniable victory over Paradis. On the other hand, Tybur believes that killing Eren and gamble on the Founder being born in Marley or an area controlled by Marley is the risky yet necessary move to ensure peace AND victory. It would've continued the theme that Erwin always instilled on his soldiers, and showed how it's a mindset carried by others. After a back and forth between thr two, Tybur could've assured Magath that theyll recapture, but secretly told his sister to kill Eren no matter the cost. Which would've made the Warhammer far more threatening and make her going for the killing blow make even more sense outside of her doing it perhaps cause she's grieving or cause she wants to.

The way I interpreted it was that she went for the kill on Eren because she believed that Marley was just going to take the founder use it to threaten and oppress every other nation around them (like they already had been doing without the founder) so despite the Tyburs' duty to Marley, removing the threat of the rumbling from the world is more important. But you definitely make a good point because they could have made that a lot clearer

the 3D models of titans 4:25 is what ruined this season and pretty much every season after 3rd. The hand drawn titans in first seasons were so beautiful... These just feel like dolls. It has something to do with coloring, and shadows... it just looks bad. Mappa isnt the best studio for attack on titan, even tho they are the best for Jujitsu Kaisen.
