Yes! A modern day Aquarian, got that from the majors and then you said it from the minors. The chicken devil made me giggle. I like the border within a border, and the way the letters stand out on the black box. If there is such a thing as a future classic then this could be it say 30 - 50 years down the line. Not one to buy yet but I will hang in to when it becomes that vintage deck 🤗 great to hear from you today, thank you 🙏💜🙏

Thanks Clair. Yeah, it's a unique little deck and it's growing on me. A couple of the cards are a little strange 😕 but you can't have perfect all the time. I have a feeling though, it will be a really popular deck. It's a total no brainer to read with. So yeah, you get what I mean 🤣

I keep going back and forth on this deck. I love the art style and overall design, but I'm not sure how I like the schtick of the extreme closeup images, specifically all the faces. It makes so many of the cards look very alike at first glance. But I may eventually give it a go. (If all the cards looked like the Ace of Pentacles, I would have scooped it up already.)

Yeah that's exactly how I feel! That Ace of pentacles is lovely. The other problem I have is that it limits interpretation unless you're already a tarot reader. It's a nice unique deck though. It makes a change to see something different.

@@martys_musings I agree, it's lovely to see something different, which is what keeps bringing me back to this deck. But I also agree on the narrowed interpretation. Like, I know you said you liked the 7 of Swords, but for me that depiction with the mask is missing some of the symbolism I like in the traditional RWS that tweaks the meaning of the card a bit, namely the carrying of 5 swords but the body language of looking back at the remaining 2. I guess you can't have everything in one deck! lol

Respectfully, I think a deck like this could be great for a beginner. When I was a beginner I struggled because I didn't understand or relate to the symbolism and was completely overwhelmed by all the possible meanings for each card. So, something like this would have been extremely helpful as a tool to get familiar with the basics.
