Dirty John seemed like an over the top character but it was all based on real life, and things that really happened. John Meehan was a sociopath liar and addict (spoiler: got stabbed in the eyeball by his step daughter) but just when you think that whoever wrote the screenplay was really exaggerating, then hello, it all really happened in real life and worse! Dirty John was such a dispicable degenerate person. Eric Bana did a great job of playing him!

Any true HULK FAN will own that 2003's HULK, CGI not withstanding, it's the most perfect iteration of the character. Fron Bana's flawless acting, to Connelly's Beauty to Sam Elliot badassery to Nolte's madness to the perfect plot, largely based on PETER DAVID's contributions to the comicbook.
