Conan was to cocky and competitive with his own guests. He always had to try to 'one up' or match up with his guests... He was so very obvious about his desire to try to keep it about Conan. He wasn't satisfied with the fact that he had his own show. It was kinda weird towards the end.. He was always saying 'with his body language and attitude', Look at me, I'm as good as any of my guests... Dude was seemingly unhappy and seemed ready to pop at any moment... He had very volatile undertones 'and overtones'...

He doesn't make anything about himself unless he's doing a bit. The reason he's so good in interviews like that is because he has to carry them if the guests aren't good or funny so he steps in. it's not at all what you think. Conan is the best late night talk show host of all time and he's genuinely a good person that looks out for people. he's not trying to outshine anyone. you want to look at people who feel like they're above everyone or cocky. look at people like Jay Leno. BEST case, they just misallocated funds and resources due to poor priorities. I.E. mismanaged the situation. I’ll concede that there were an uncommonly strong winds following a drought, but holding the officials accountable for the current shortcomings, with the expectation they can suggest AND IMPLEMENT improvements in the system isn’t a ridiculous request.

I've never thought about Bill Burr for theatre. I was highly surprised when I saw him doing well as an actor in Mandalorian. But Glengarry Glen Ross, the play, with Bill Burr, makes a lot of sense, and he should do quite well!

Even if we take him at his word, California is roughly 100,000,000 acres. Dude is bragging about "treating" 0.7% of his state.
