Met Eric in late 90' in a small club out on the east end of Long Island, N.Y , Amagansett Stephen's Talkhouse. After the show he was at the bar and walked up to him to tell him that I was a big fan of all the music he has given the world from the first Animals band to the second, War and his sols work. And that I saw the reunion tour in 82 was the last time I saw him perform. I ordered a drink for him and I and how he hated the reunion tour and we talked about the people he had played with, all the big names, places he has been, music of today. We talked for long time and it seemed like he did not mind talking to a fan. Ended up seeing perform plenty of times after that and he always has time for his fans, and seems like he really appreciates his fans. Have not seen him for a while because he does not tour that much anymore, but if I could talk to him again I would ask him to come to Stephen's Talkhouse one more time, because he had told me how he loves to play there, small club way out at the end Long Island.
