I never forget the day I heard he passed away when I turned to I was watching MTV News they said Freddie Mercury have passed away from AIDS and then the next media coverage was Eric Carr I feel sad when we lost two of the greatest people in in the greatest we just lost them both for no reason and that has a strange way of taking out good people for no reason at all they deserve to be here there was so much that can teach us you know to the greatest people in rock are gone but then never forgotten they're in a better place it's so sad when you when you think of the day that he passed away is the anniversary of his death of both their deaths we all need to keep them in our thoughts and our prayers because our family that's really you not going through a lot God

Eric Carr was immense, such a shame he died so young. I don’t really get the Eric Singer bashing though, as a drummer he is far superior to Peter Criss and a true pro. I understand that Peter Criss was the first but he couldn’t hold a candle to either Eric as a musician.

@@RobTaylorDrums Well Singer might be a superior drummer, however, Peter had swing and style. His Gene Krupa influence is something you heard in his fills and how he played the drums. A second thing is also that Peter had a much better voice than Singer. Singer had a good voice but it didn't have the same punch and dynamics as Criss had.
