Ok, let's break it all down: In less than a minute, Cartman Googled his therapist's social media, found out who his wife was, messaged her forged police reports about sex crimes her husband supposedly commited (which he most likely prepared beforehand just in case the therapist pissed him off), and managed to convince her into killing herself despite not having any prior contact with her whatsoever. I gotta respect Cartman, he's efficient af, especially when angry.
