Hey everyone! I'm thrilled to release my latest KZbin video featuring a tab tutorial for Eric Clapton's iconic song, "Tears in Heaven." Before we dive in, I wanted to let you know that this video is sponsored by Enya, and in it, I am showcasing the awesome NEXG 2N nylon string guitar. I must say, I was quite impressed with the innovative design of this guitar and the sound that emanates from its built-in speaker, complete with reverb and delay effects. It inspired me to take a slightly different approach with this rendition. Normally, I would have played Clapton’s song verbatim note for note on a regular acoustic. However, with this guitar, I wanted to infuse my own chord and melody style into the mix. While staying true to the original (and unplugged) with regard to vocal melody, bass lines, and underlying guitar rhythm. So what you'll see in this video is an interpretation that might differ from my usual tab-focused tutorials. Thanks so much for all your support guys! If I remember correctly, a janitor was cleaning or fixing a window and it was open, the kid was playing with a nanny and eyes were taken off of him for a second and he just ran right out. Tx for clarifying. Useful tab anyhow. No problem with interpretation-just an advice: less use of pinky on chords (need to use other position/fingering on main riff) would make your sound stronger and increase playability, as Clapton does for a reason (even unaware)
