I really love that part of the speech where Eric Thomas mention his fear about failing with his professor “what if I put in all the years and I don’t get it” but you see what his professor continue to say, but “what if you put in all these years and you do get it.” When we’re striving to achieve a major goal, even before we start putting the work, we tend to think of all the negative outcome before we think of the positive outcome. I have seen and experience, when you let a negative idea enter you mind and clouds your vision from something you what to accomplish or achieve, it opens doors to where you think failing and unintentionally you won’t try as hard as you should or as you believe you can win or gain that accomplish without any doubt. Even though you trying to succeed, you have expectations of failing which gives failing a 50/50 chance just as succeeding. You have to go at it with no doubt in your mind that you won’t win, and like you already received it and; that’s the mindset to win.

Excuse to all motivated successful people. I'll like to hear some of your thoughts on this. I was caused in 10 day coma accident. I had a high school friend who was around me for some time. Honest to say 2 3 years after accident my mind at the time wasn't all there. I had future plans written down from before my accident. And with no problem, I told him most of my ideas. Now he is working with my plans and ideas he is successful with a business. I myself earn ok money at barbershop. Its said" NEVER GIVE GOOD ADVICE TO SMALL MINDS."
