As if they could have negotiated a better deal. CNN told them, "This is the way it's going to be and best you're going to get. Take it or leave it." Debates are a joke and they always have been. There is no need for the phake nooz media to be involved at all. There is no need for specific questions in which the Democrat candidate is asked the equivalent of "What is your favorite color?" and the Republican candidate is asked the equivalent of "When will you stop beating your wife?" Let each candidate talk on a broad topic for a prescribed amount of time and then have a rebuttal period and a short wrap-up for each.
