The Erica Kane character is so exhausting and emotionally stunted, as demanding as a tantrum prone child. It boggles the mind that Lucci sustained this role for 40 years and made her such an icon for soap operas, considering the character is essentially vacuous.

Erica didn't look too thrilled with the "accepting children" part. Bit of foreshadowing there. So funny that she looked to the priest for the next part of the vows. By the time she married Dimitri, she'd said them so many times that she got ahead of the minister while reciting her vows. :)
