I just went to Bohol last year, we took the buggy and ATV around the chocolate hills, they also have a platform there for viewing which is less crowded.

The opening view is spectacular, really the clear definition of sea of clouds. We have an island here where there is literally sea turtles everywhere, that is Apo Island (also has the iconic white sand beaches) also if you have time, visit Malapascua island too.❤🎉 Enjoy your vacation here in the Philippines.
