Hey Eric, thanks for this video. You pretty much answered my last question with your latest video about scapular patterns and being aware of how the lats can override the scapular motions within a throwing pattern or create compensatory patterns in the lordosis, and gh joint. Cheers man.

The problem is many people will still not have the awareness of their body to watch out for something like hyperlordosis, anterior shoulder glide, etc. To truly avoid form issues and coach the corrections, the "whys" become a lot more important. Cressey is a professional coach first and foremost, so that's why his videos are less in a pop fitness styling.
