Got an 8.5 with thunder 151 light 2s on it and 52mm f4 conicals, about to go down to 149 thunder hollow lights to help with flips, just getting back into skating and i used to ride a 7.83 back in 2008 so I'm getting close to every single trick I used to stomp and its really bugging me. I think a wider board setup is definitely built for vert and rails more. I'm a thicc boi too so least I'd wanna drop board size is to an 8.25. Classic wheels would help with the flips and bigspins but I'm not tryina revert out of everything lol.

I was actually just looking for an 8 deck. But none of the ones I wanted were on sale. So I saw these, then saw they had an Almost Dilo 8.5 on clearance for $35...so I ended picking up both for around $70. I'm usually all flatground street. But I've been meaning to try bowl and transition so I lucked out. Don't think about it, you wanted them so you got em, enjoy them. They're gonna last you a while anyway.
