Badass! i would take those drywall screws out of the blade guard, i know i would forget in a year and accidently somehow cut them. Great Vid! Inspired me to make one myself.

Why do all the wood workers buy the most expensive plywood???

I assume this is the same case in the west...... more expensive plywood = better quality plywood = less warping, no uneven surface that affects the quality of the cut for jigs I only assume this since the low quality plywood in my country although cheap, is a nightmare to work with. Warping and the plywood actually peeling off after sometime is regular occurance. If I got the cash, I would make my jig with them thick polycarbonate/ perspex board just to avoid future headache

Very nice video. What I don't like is you not wearing a mask, and I see wood dust flying around. Dont breathe that stuff - it accumulates in your lungs, and if small enough, even enters your blood stream. Keep healthy and give us lessons for many years to come!
