Guys, did you see that? sunny side up on top of that kimchibokkeumbap(kimchi fried rice) was perfect. and he served gim(laver) on the side, which I really applaud. If anyone hasn't tried kimchibokkeumbap yet, I hope they do. It's a comfort and soul food that deserves a special place in Korean food.

kimchee, juice, meat first. cook that for awhile then add the rice. also you gotta add sesame oil near the end. then some sesame seeds and green onion for presentation.
