UPDATE: As of the 2016 Winter Update you can now save yourself a lot of time getting down in the Formorgar Mines by taking the ice portal from the Halls of Hope (north of Thais). You'll still need the missions done and it'll be a slightly different path to get there, but it cuts out quite a bit of the run.

Yeah, that portal helps a lot. But now there's a problem. The same spot now has nightmares and hellspawns. Yeah, no destroyers.

Thanks man! I think the Iron Man thing is great, I've had an Iron Man character myself for over a year now on Dolera. I was inspired by some other guys that originally called it "Self Found", and then the "Iron Man" name caught on (I'm guessing thanks to Oldschool Runescape). My character is only level 62 though and I don't really have much time to play it anymore, but it's fun to login from time to time when I have a new goal.

Nice informative video that even covered the possibility of luring the plaguesmith away, which can be applied to the nightmares and cults too, which is a good idea if you don't fancy killing them. One thing I'd like to add though is carrying a dwarven ring might be a good idea since the cults on the way make you drunk which is annoying as hell and potentially dangerous when you are trying to run past nightmares and crystal spiders.

Tried this spot out. Crazy loot on my 162 RP. I think I had a profit of 80k my first hunt and 120k my second. My third hunt I lost 10k. Thanks for the spot!

I was there with my level 148-150 paladin. once i stayed for 3 hours with 3 refills on the arrows (you dont really need manas if you play smart and use soft boots) and another time 1 1/2 hours with around 2,2k crystalline arrows. I encourage to trap the plaguesmith up north as it mostly takes up time. but depends on your server spawn time. the first hunt i made around 230k, profit was maybe around 100k. the second time i brought bunch of backpacks because i had the postman quest on that char. I made 215k with the gp and plate armors & co from with 170k was pure profit. I can really just recommend it. Maybe I got lucky with the loot, but seriously...this is sick.

I love this spawn, the only downside is if you need to afk there is no safe place except right back outside the mines. Profit here is insane, I made 189k PROFIT from 90 minutes here on my lvl 138 RP with 117 boosted distance level. Also the plaguesmith can definitely be lured north and walled off if you don't want to deal with it.

I like hunting with my RP 250+ in the Quest Part in Formorgar mines there are a lot of monsters to kill, the sad thing is that the place is very far away from city :(.

You can play Dolera, sure. You may be killed randomly, but once you gain some levels and are able to protect yourself more people won't mess with you as much.

If you lure one by one it shouldn't be a problem. If you get two it can be done but you need to be a little more careful. It's easy to just get 1 though. I killed them in the south part running from one side to the other without a problem. Example: i.imgur.com/a7TsPN7.jpg

There's not many places that I know of. I've been suggesting Vengoth, Sea Serpents, or Oramond Minos to people - all of them spamming mas san and an AoE rune while passively attacking a monster.

You can hunt Dragons easily. There aren't many good tasks for 50 paladins, you could try Bonebeasts or Mutated Rats.

Tried the hunt 2 times, both profit. On 107 ED. PS: Just as you said on the video the plaguesmith can be lured to the north, and you can also lure the cults wall them off and run south.
