Believe it or not, the 999 door hype brought a lot of new faces to Tibia. I made this video in the hopes of helping new players get a general idea of what Tibia is, where to go, what to be, etc. Hopefully this helps anyone out there new to the game. Enjoy!

I scrapped this video at least 3 times before finally settling on this. I know it’s still kind of long, but I wanted to make sure I at least explained the basics in addition to some fun stuff in Tibia without going into TOO much detail (first video had 6 minutes of just explaining the options menu lol). everything i s great, you are making videos of tibia, people are starting wondering "mayby i should try it" - buy did you mention the most important things?: Cipsoft doesnt care about players AT ALL - they dont fucking care about upgrading their game, pvp is shittty, pve is shitty, they DEFINITELY DONT BAN BOTS (i was just checking my loooooooooong list of reported botters - nothing, reported insulting statements - resolved in 1 day (i got deleted because we were joking on world channel with oher guy saying some swearing words to each other and some kind person reported me :D)). All they do is adding another PREMIUM buttons in game and adding some outfits once every 6 months (famous winter/summer updates) They are just sitting and waiting for money from PACC instead of working on tibia...

Whenever I'm making a mage on Dawnport I like to walk through the Knight gate throw the shield on the ground. Walk through the corresponding mage gate then go pick the shield up and throw the spell book down. Shield has higher defense and usually keeps me from having to run even from large groups of enemies with just casting Exura Infir to heal up.

Played this game probably over 15+years ago...I wasn't good at the game since I was just a kid and had no idea what I was doing and got killed a lot by random players and stuff. But it was a fun memory and watching this is quite nostalgic haha. I don't really think it is a good game for "new" players though, and if you are not premium you didn't get to use a lot of spells and many features in the game. But I guess it's pretty cool for a returning player for the nostalgic feel. Man, when I played I don't even think mounts existed!

Late answer, I know, but yeah, with the imbuement system low lvls got a huuuge boost in being able to loot items which you can sell on the market (a system like any auction house found in your depot) for money. And also, the imbuements can make you hit like a truck, give you hp/mana leech and so much more! You got nothing to loose :D

You can still go there, but it's not the default starting area. People have been asking me for captions in other languages, but I don't know if it's worth translating with Google because I feel like it's going to be really shitty lol.

Any tips on the best way to raise ML for a MS/ED? Eg: Via hunting with spells or rune making then heading to the spike

Best way as a sorcerer would be to hunt with spells and make magic walls once you reach full soul points. If you're a druid, you're gonna have to make a different kind of rune and you'll lose money in the process. I don't think they have a single profitable rune.

There are certain squares in Tibia you can throw to but not reach and that don't get cleaned every day. Those are the places you see with stacks of items. You can't reach them :P

you can still used range weapons, basic bows and assassin starts

Unless the item says it is specifically used for a vocation then you can use it. But your skills advance very slowly if you aren't the correct vocation. For instance, a mage can use a bow, but your distance skill will take a very long time to reach even 25, at which point you still hit very low and miss often.

nice video, but for all you people out there thats about to download this game, dont waste the time/money, its 100% not worth playing this game, you will take maybe level 40 or MAYBE 100+ and realize its the same boring story of running around in circles killing the same mobs over and over for pretty much no reason and the pvp in this game is just garbo because of the terrible balance when it comes to damage and hitpoints in pvp, the game has endless levling and of course after 20 years of people running around in circles they get pretty damn high level, 1000 - 1200+ and the health gets higher but the damage stays pretty much the same so the pvp just looks like people drowing wet noodles in the end, and the levling experience after a while is pretty damn boring, just play something else this was commented by someone who played this game since 2002, and yeah the game was pretty damn good back in the days but its pretty much a washed up game at this point as cipsoft just tries to milk as much money as possible from the players that can't seem to leave this game for some reason.

I have on question. May sounds wierd but are there any Type Effectiveness? Cause i am durid on Tibia and my friend a Knite.It seemed my friend had No problem killing the Mountain Trols and Salamender Troll trained , and i was struggling with them. When we reached skeleton/Undead area i was doing insane amouns of damage(Durid) like 18-27 on skeleton and my friend 10-7. So i think. Are there any Type Effectiveness? If you know reply please

EpicGamer yeah, there are effectiveness. For example, a dragon should take more damage from ice than fire

EpicGamer plus it, knights need to train skills (sword/axe/club fighting) to hit harder, and mages can do consistent damage with wands and rods, despite their skills (magic level)

Pretty much! Tibia is a very open world sandbox-esque game. There's no real quest line to follow so you just have to explore and find monsters to hunt to make your character more powerful.

This is impossilbe stricking spells will be hit to monster you attack while beam spells hits where you look. Use ctrl +arrow for faster changing the position you look

you can always pick non pvp worlds, where you wont be killled by anyone, unless you will give them permission, thats what i highly reccomend for you
