Iv been running single back stack and running the stretch and dive while using motion to get a numbers advantage and running all over people. Every once in a while ill throw in a jet to throw them off because of all my motions. I even motion when I'm doing a dive so they literally never know if its a stretch or a dive and never know which side and I always have a numbers advantage so unless they break off their blocker really quick i always get good yards.

That's crazy I've always done that with cover 3 cloud and the cover 1 🤣🤣 i thought i was the only one who did that 🤣🤣.. another good play is pick cover 3 buzz buck from 3-4 odd and do underneath coverage first than put both middle linebackers in a curl flat and user the safety thats in a hook curl or with that same play dont press underneath coverage and just put both middle linebackers in a hard flat and it'll be pretty much the same thing

Don't use it imo....i do just fine without it There are other zone adjustments to use to take away big plays besides zone drops U start using zone drops ur going to allow ur opponent to 5-10yd u to death up n down the field

Like he said in the video it's personal preference. And the thing is that you can adjust it from play to play, series to series or situation. So you can change it if your opponent is in the red zone or if you're just starting the game. Personally I do 20 yards on curl flats, 10 on flats and 10 for hooks, 3 rec etc. Sometimes I'll switch my flats or hooks to zero or 5 inside the 10 yard line. Just remember to switch them back before your next defensive series or you could give up a bunch of yards...

Honestly if you really know what you want to do pre snap you usually can get most of it done before the offense is lined up and having good audibles helps a lot too. For instance you dont ever really need a cover 2 zone audible and a cover 2 man play. If you can adjust effectively and quickly you pretty create a play at every snap on offense and defense. Only difference being on offense wr hot routes cant replicate some unique to certain play routes

Double tap the dpad , left for lbs right for lineman and double tap triangle for dbs, youll be able to adjust any player without having to hover over them

It really doesn't take that long if you know what you want to do and if you know the right buttons to press. Most people say that you can double tap to adjust but I've found that I'm faster by cycling thru every player on my defense and doing the adjustment that way. Find whatever works good for you and do that. You have to be quick with it but it can be done.
