The LCD Assembly you said is come with frame, the screen supporting frame, and yes if you get a screen assembly you can just replace all the original parts to the new screen assembly, no need to remove only the whole screen

Aktually they ship it usually your national shipping courier steals it, or dont care about sending it, in mexico 70% of international mail is lost if dont have tracking, all the things with tracking always arrive...
