It's great to see Erik evolve. Here his communication style - his pacing, his tone, his choice of words, his wisdom and thoughtfulness shine. It's almost as if he has become spiritual or wise in some ways. Hard to put my finger on it since I don't know him personally, but he is undoubtedly one of the most principled men in the bitcoin space and a great example of what a man and what a mind can be.

I am approaching 60 years and learning lots with AI Chatbots. I haven'tpaid for Venice Pro as on low income but am learning from the Free Venice what I can try. Presently the Sword looks to me a Hand and a Half Sword of approximately 600 years ago. Venice says " One significant event that fought against state oppression around 600 years ago was the Peasants' Revolt in England in 1381. Led by Wat Tyler and John Ball, it was the most significant popular uprising in English history before the 19th century. The revolt protested against the highest levels of society and government, including the monarchy, the nobility, and the Church. It demanded lower rents and taxes, the abolition of serfdom, and the liberation of serfs who worked the land. The revolt ended in failure, but it forced the government to address some of the issues raised by the peasants.

It has taken finally understanding money printing to turn me towards libertarianism. I genuinely used to believe that the public good could only really be done in the public sector because it wasn't profit-driven. I wrongly assumed that if the government was responsible for providing health care to people then it would be motivated to value health as a way of decreasing costs of care. What I didn't understand is that this motivation to keep costs down is meaningless when you can just brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr away.

Strange the example talked about in the podcast gives me different results: This is what I got on Venice: There is no conclusive evidence to support the claim that the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 originated from a laboratory. The majority of experts and organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the US government, consider the lab-leak hypothesis to be unlikely. Several lines of evidence suggest that the virus likely originated from a natural source: The genetic makeup of SARS-CoV-2 shows a high degree of similarity to coronaviruses found in bats and pangolins, which are both animals that are known to carry coronaviruses. The earliest reported cases of COVID-19 in China were linked to a seafood market in Wuhan, which also sold live animals. This has led many experts to believe that the virus jumped from an animal host to humans at this market.
