She admitted they are gifts from him and is now battling to keep items she knows full well are paid for with money that did not belong to her husband. Honestly what will it take for her remaining fans to see just how gross she is?

@Strange Days yes, it’s a civil suit but he’s already admitted that the case that started this with the plane crash victims, he hasn’t got the money or paid the money he owes them. He admitted it in November 2000, in court. The trustees have gone through what he owes and are so far unable to pay around $26 million worth of known debts, loans and claim settlements that have already been through courts. Unless you think the trustees are lying or making up his debts, he has clearly used money from client accounts. You can’t debate something he has admitted and trustees have been to court to report. Criminal charges wouldn’t be laid at this point, that’ll come later after the bankruptcy case. I mean you can’t deny he owes money to his clients, that’s surely a joke. Not only is Erika aware of the long line of victims including orphans who remain unpaid, she went in to claim the first $600,000 on the sale of the house, which isn’t matrimonial property anyway, despite knowing a burns victim is getting 80% of the proceeds because he’s still owed $11 million by her husband- again that’s undeniable and part of court records. She’s not got enough off these poor victims, she wants more. I suspect Tom is trying to avoid criminal court with this fake Alzheimer’s story. He’s already been disbarred. What remains to be seen is how much Erika knew and if she received funds directly from client accounts, which in fact would lead to criminal charges too. She was already aware they were living in debt and on borrowed money as she was summoned to court in 2019 and signed two statements regarding loans.

I feel bad because Erika had one of the best potential among the current Beverly Hills cast. She was fierce and tough and told it like it is, even if some people didn't like it. She was one of my favorites up until the Denise-Brandi drama, then her husband's scandal came out. It's just been downhill and sad to see. Now I feel bad for supporting her all these years when she and her husband has been doing fraudulent activities behind cameras and closed doors.
