It’s hidden for sure. There are some gossip blinds who allegedly say she visits a bank weekly in a part of town where she won’t be recognized and takes out some cash from a safety deposit box. She probably has a few to hide all the cash. She doesn’t want them looking under her mattress, where else would she put it to make it easy to access and can’t be traced electronically. Maybe off shore too but safety deposit boxes can hold lots of things, including cash.

It was. It happens so often in wealthy circles. Here’s why: they’re hoping a quick divorce will go through before the fraud case makes it to court (which is very possible during Covid since cases have been pushed back!). This gives him time to move as much cash and assets to Erika as possible - she’ll also be using off shore accounts. That way, everything will belong to “her” and not him. 😌👌🏻 If a judge rules he owes people money, he can say he’s broke, and she can say “oh all this belongs to me, and he’s my ex husband so it’s not my problem”. It happens ALL THE TIME like that sadly 😑 Bikram Choudhury (of Bikram/Hot Yoga fame) did exactly the same thing. Fake divorced his wife so he transferred everything into her name and accounts. I worked at a nursing home and there was a woman with Alzheimer’s and she had spent ALL of her family’s millions and had no recollection of doing so. They lost everything slowly over time because she was losing her memory and ability to make rational decisions. Her husband and family had no clue that she was mentally ill. Sometimes these things go unnoticed until it’s too late. So terrible for all of the victims involved.

This is why our justice system needs a process to verify what was ordered actually happens. Currently, you have to go back to court (motion to enforce) to get what's ordered if you don't. Takes a ridiculous amount of time. There should be penalties for this and those that procrastinate or stahl cases and don't do what is ordered. A warrant should just be issued... no need to go to court to enforce the motion.

A judge ruled that the victims can collect from Erika!!!! Now that's JUSTICE. she benefited greatly from those victims. It's just devastatingly sad that those people have to deal with the unbelievable trauma, which is just life shattering, but to also have to deal with & process what Tom did to them too. It breaks my heart for those people. And it was done for what cuz she wanted to b a fucking pop star. Tom & Erika felt that her dream was more important then the victims of horrific tragedies. They SHOULD be able to get their money from her. And I don't believe for one second he is broke, without a doubt He's got off shore accounts. This makes me so mad that there are people that will do this to other people. People that are already going thru unimaginable pain & grief. Tom & Erika deserve what they get & much much more. Idk if she knew he was taking people's settlement money however I don't think she would've cared or been bothered in the least. Those two are a special kind of evil.

Judge just ruled that the victims can go after Erika to collect their settlements. I think she knew what Tom was doing. Greed can turn a person evil. She wanted so badly to be famous and rich. I don't feel sorry for her at all. She should suffer some sort of consequences as well. I don't see how the other women are still friends with and still talk to her. This is so disgusting!
