Again, it maybe interesting for someone to do a video explaining all the similarities of all these Bravo ladies and their little schemes. So the new ones would maybe avoid doing that! Just kidding, Bravo loves felons. I think if they see the bank records they will see the money disappearing aka being moved or liquidated or whatever for her to hide. It was. It happens so often in wealthy circles. Here’s why: they’re hoping a quick divorce will go through before the fraud case makes it to court (which is very possible during Covid since cases have been pushed back!). This gives him time to move as much cash and assets to Erika as possible - she’ll also be using off shore accounts. That way, everything will belong to “her” and not him. 😌👌🏻 If a judge rules he owes people money, he can say he’s broke, and she can say “oh all this belongs to me, and he’s my ex husband so it’s not my problem”. It happens ALL THE TIME like that sadly 😑 Bikram Choudhury (of Bikram/Hot Yoga fame) did exactly the same thing. Fake divorced his wife so he transferred everything into her name and accounts. Oh god yeah I remember that episode when someone mentioned her son, it was like she became possessed. She actually frightened the other housewives.

Hollie Jane seems like she died it this season to Sutton 😹 it doesn’t scare me though I would say “girl save it”
@holliejane36053 жыл бұрын
@@HONEST.HOUR. oh I know. Sutton was an acquired taste I found but then she’s a softy really. It’s sad when people speak to her like crap. She’s super rich but still has feelings!

This goes to show how money is NOT everything. It does not buy success nor does it buy happiness. Greed just shows and fuels evil

She’s so guilty and tried hiding the stolen money. She spent millions just on glamour. All the sudden she gets a divorce when these lawsuits come out. Now she’s talking I’ll of him but weeks before she was saying how great he was

You were there?? Did you say anything? Where were you guys?
@lillixal3 жыл бұрын
@@betsybabf748 You do realize that Erika is not saying that the money isn’t from victims she’s saying the money was a gift from Tom so therefore it cannot be seized. You don’t have to be there to easily understand legal papers and law, clearly the judge wasn’t there but agreed that she’s liable 🙃
@sarahplustheboys33383 жыл бұрын
Honestly, when you look at their marriage, I wonder how much she did know. It’s hard for me to understand that the lawyers who worked with Tom didn’t know this was happening.

Yeah? I was wondering the same thing. Don’t they have a fiduciary responsibility to make sure the firm is always on the up and up?
@lornetc3 жыл бұрын
Apparently up until recently Tom handled all the firms accounting himself on a paper ledger

they’re both at fault. i understand tom wanted to support his wife but he should’ve did that with HIS own money, not his victims. erika also shouldnt have been a part of taking money from all these victims. she’s way too greedy. the only people to feel bad for in this case are the victims.
@annamiller29643 жыл бұрын
Great content! I have been following this case too because I watch RHOBH. I appreciate how you remind people to not give to much empathy to EJ. She chose to be clueless with an evil man. Playing with fire we unfortunately get burned.

Tom spent a lot of the money on his own vices as well. All the houses, parties, box offices, country club memberships, suits, watches, house staff, restaurants, spousal support etc…

Could you do a video about Lake Lanier? It’s history, the “curse”, current missing persons/deaths. I came across it on tik tok today and it’s insane!

It’s definitely eerie I’ve known several people through association who have passed on that lake through freak accidents!

My uncle used to manage a hotel there on Lake Lanier for years. We would go boating when we would visit him (we live(d) in Alabama, so it wasn’t that far.

Imagine knowing where the money came from then going on a show and releasing a song thats based on how wealthy you are, talk about f*cked up, rubbing it in the victims face 🤢
