Literally two days before I had to go to the hospital for those stupid burns.. This is my deep dive, reaction, analysis and breakdown of Gabriel Henrique and Jade Salles singing Luther Vandross’s iconic ballad, “Endless Love,” This is much more modern rendition than Mariah and Luther’s, but still takes a lot of language and embellishments from the original.
Both Jade and Gabriel’s voices are so bright but they still get some great blends and manage to move very together. I really enjoyed the little runs, the different timbres we got, and the ornamental choices made by both of them.
I am a jazz/R&B vocalist, baritone saxophone player, music educator, and vocal coach local to New Orleans. I have two degrees in jazz/music education and work professionally playing music. Thank you for all the support on these videos! It is such a joy to create educational, entertaining content for you.
