Great Tour, and highly informative. When watching, I feel like your rushing your speech. Try speaking a bit slower and adding a pause or two to let the properties do the speaking. That said still did a fantastic job.

One of the most gorgeous modern interior designs. Even though it doesn't have a long drive way for ultimate privacy. I personally like this house tour better than any other houses you have toured so far. I guess jae omar design will be popular n famous like mcclean n saota. Of all the kitchens i have ever seen so far Kitchen of this home is my fave .

When I was younger I was obsessed with the black and white themed modern houses, but they seemed so, how to I phrase is? Apple store-i. Ive now been completely obsessed by different shades of grey, black, wood, sand, beige. If I could just take this house in another location it would be perfect.

I actually really like this mansion. I’m not usually into those ultra-modern stuff like all-white minimalistic design or strange shapes or Kim Kardashian sink, but I liked this one a lot. It’s modern and there is still this warmth that makes a house a home. It’s the perfect balance. The only two things I didn’t like were that 1. There is no shower in the master bedroom (or at least I didn’t see one) and 2. This pantry stuff in the master bedroom could be easily replaced with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves (I’m a bookworm, so it’s a dream of mine to have a whole wall lined with huge bookshelves) or anything that the owner desires.

A lot of these mega mansions look so angular and cold to me. All the surfaces seem so hard and echoey, It's almost as if they are designed to 'look at' and not to live in. They have the atmosphere for a corporate lobby and do not feel like a home. Also, if I had $25 million to spend on an LA home, you can be dame sure it would be one that had a super wide view of the entire city scape vista and surrounding suburbs so I could get that amazing night time view from the balcony.

It is exactly the comment I intended to drop so imma just chime in. These homes lack any form of spirit or personality. It lacks any emotion or substance. It just echoes an empty soul made to appeal to just anybody who lacks a personality. It must be that most people in LA lack substance even though they have money, that’s why homes like these are prevalent.

It’s perfect architecture, but is it engaging? It’s like having 6 cameras on a phone, it’s still an engineering marvel but to what end exactly? From another architect: this is an enclosure, not a home by any stretch. not criticizing Eric but the developer and the design. Sadly this is what’s prevalent.

Great tour Eric! Btw I'd like to know your opinion on this trend I've been observing lately where developers are telling you how small your TV is got to be in your living room, bedroom etc. I mean for 25M you don't get to chose the inches you want to have and got to adapt what someone else has already decided for you, find it unacceptable.

Now, i'm not a financial advisor or the next Michael Burry. But at some point we have to acknowledge that these prices are insane. Through the roof and off the limit. At this point real estate has to be in the next bubble. We are way beyond 2007 levels of crazy. The only other explanation to justify this would by hyper inflation and real estate is the only thing to save you. Otherwise it just doesn't make sense.
@WD.9093 жыл бұрын
They won’t sell this for 25M, probably more like 22M, and I imagine most people would get a mortgage, so I doubt the people that live here would ever actually own it downright

TVs like that honestly just annoy me lmao. What happens when it breaks? Who do I call? What happens when I want to replace it? How good is the sound? Can I install a sound system into it? How easily can I plug in cables? What if the entire lowering mechanism stops working? How is that fixed then? For such a small feature there's so many hidden inconveniences that I'd honestly rather just have a TV on the wall or on a table on the floor.
