Luke is so obsessed over his age. I'm nearly 50. he looks ok. Not any crows feet like BC around his eyes. Honestly Luke, you have way better banter than this. You talk like you are the first person to get old. we had a couple of years of you telling us always how exhausted you were, " I'm exhausted" was your motto for a good while. Now, it's non stop about how old you are. You make yourself old continually talking about it. We ger it, you are having a very mild mid life crisis. live with it. Stop talking about it, we know you are also fishing for compliments as well as general attention seeking. That said, you are my favourite, most cerebral MMA journo, keep up the great work overall.

And Valentina has literally fought once in 15 months since her last twice year fight schedule in 2021...

Really liked this interview. And like her as a fighter, but I think there might be a bit of a rude awakening coming if she makes it to Valentina. I think there is something to the not being in a big camp argument. Her corner has given her questionable advice on a few occasions in my opinion. Especially the maverick fight when they told her she was grappling too much, when she was clearly dominating. She was also out-struck fairly clearly for most of the JJ Aldrich fight.
