I’m a few months late, but I had to go back and watch my birthday week. 😉 For meal planning-my husband and I decide what we want on a weekly basis. Usually over breakfast on Saturday morning, we decide on dinners then make a shopping list. During the height of the pandemic, the weekly shopping trips were the only thing we did out of the house, and we called it our ‘date’ (we adventures and went to fancy stores like Wegmans that were a bit of a drive). Anyway-we have a running list of favorite meals that we go to when we’re at a loss as to what to have. We also have some patterns-bigger/more lengthily meals (a roast or a stew/soup/chili) we cook on Sunday night, we do Tex Mex Tuesdays, we cook homemade pizza on Fridays. Having those three ‘repeats’/decided meals really helps because 1/2 the dinners are basically done. I hope that helps! Really love your videos.

🌺Yes, I have taken my planner with me on vacation before. I used the mint bag that came in one of the EC surprise boxes (Summer 2021). Stored my planner and a few items in the bag. Worked out perfect.
