Hannah, did you like ColorBlends? I'm so sad that it's leaving, because it gives me the bright color tabs but also the space to do lots of stickering. Treating yourself with compassion and grace is so important but also so HARD. I have similar struggles to you in terms of weight and anxiety, and my husband uses Noom so I think I've learned some from him that is helping me. Love your shop and your channel!

I got PPA after my first baby and experienced it while I was pregnant with my second (and after). It is HARD!

It is! It’s much better now than it was then or during nursing school, but anxiety is no fun.
