Do you have any tips on getting over mental blocks fast? I used to be working on my full than about a month and a half ago but suddenly all my backwards tumbling just stopped. i would do back walkovers but it would take a lot of stress and time to do them, i couldn't handspring anywhere by myself. its getting a bit better now, i can do my handspring with a small mat by myself and roundoff handspring tuck into a resi pitt with spot on the handspring and the tuck. i know you went through a mental block right before tryouts and i really want to get over this mental block fast. Any advice?

I know you were probably wanting her to respond but the way I basically got out of the mental block is imagining & seeing myself do that skill over & over again without messing up & then finally forcing myself to tumble. If you believe you can do it mentally you can do it physically just be confident☺️

I had a mind block at tryouts so I made senior 2, now I'm over it and I have level 4 skills and I'm hoping to be on senior 4 next year. So I can have a year to fly on 4 and get used to flipping in routines.
