Hey guys, today’s video I’m sharing with you my current hair care routine. I’ll show you my exact hair care from getting out of the shower until it’s dry and all of the products that I use. I love trying out different products on my hair since I do have fine and thin hair to see what works best and helps thicken and add shine to it. I’ve been testing out Nioxin to see how that works and I’ve also got some new products to try out next. Hope you enjoy this hair care routine for fine and thin hair!

I feel like there's not a lot of youtubers who have thin fine hair... All the opposite... Normal hair and TONS of extensions ALL THE TIME. Thank you for extension hair less videos currently and loving your hair as is. It's helped me a lot. ♡

Stefani Kay agreed! I have very fine hair and hairstyles that other people do I find very difficult because of the thinness 😩 I find for me volumizing sulfate free shampoos, deep conditioning, and minimizing heat and vitamins have helped me! I also do a balayage twice a year
@eyecandiiz
@eyecandiiz 6 жыл бұрын
thecosmogirl171 you know what has helped me a ton... Getting a perm. Didn't end up too curly since it wasnt too strong of a solution but it def helped make my hair thicker.

Stefani Kay oh my gosh are you my twin? I get one every couple years. I had one done in October. I got them to French braid my hair and then perm that! Made it super thick and gave it a little wave :)
@eyecandiiz
@eyecandiiz 6 жыл бұрын
thecosmogirl171 omg what no way hahahhah that's awesome. So they just French braided your hair and added perm solution and that's it?! No rods?! I must ask for this next time I go into the salon...
@thecosmogirl171
@thecosmogirl171 6 жыл бұрын
Stefani Kay yep that’s all they did!! You can do 1 French braid for looser waves or two for tighter ones. I’ve done both and I prefer one (I find the braids are so teeny with two and it gets crimpy on the ends. I always get them to loosen the braid at the end for the “thicker waves” I find with a plain body perm the top seems flat still and with the French braid it makes the top have volume!

You should look into Calia Natural Shampoos and Conditioners, it made a huge difference for my hair. I use the Purifying Shampoo and the Hydrating Conditioner, the health of my hair has improved a lot and I think that made the biggest difference in it appearing fuller. Best of all they're a Canadian company

I have fine thin hair as well and after having my daughter I lost alot and keep cutting it shorter. It's been dry and snapping for the past few years. I'm always looking for new products as well and just recently picked up the 10 in 1 from shea moisture plus the coconut leave in spray. 🤞 it will help, I was using the redkin anti snap line but way to heavy for my hair. Hopefully us fine haired gals will find the right combination of products!

Thank so much for your hair videos. It is so helpful and reassuring to see that there are girls out there with real thin hair. I have had thin hair with hair loss for many years and it has been difficult. I take care of it and use good products and do at home treatments and masks, but when people see my hair they just assume that I don’t do anything! And they are always just showering me with suggestions, I know they are well meaning but sometimes it just hurts when people everywhere you go are just like “well why don’t you take so and so?” Or “why don’t you try using so and so”. I hate that people just think that all girls need to have long luscious hair. We all come in different shapes and sizes and I wish we could accept each other and accept ourselves. Sorry for the long ramble, this topic just makes me feel so insecure and your video inspired me. Thank you so much 💕💕💕

my thin hair is not just normal type of thin hair and i have many things to consider sometimes i have the dandruff problem aometimes not so much sometimes my hair is so greasy and oily or its not also there are a lot of spots for hair missing like IM LITERALLY GOING BALD because i have to use different kinds of shampoos and make it look normal 😭😭 And im afraid to use any vitamins since ive just lost weight and have heard that those make you eat more

The weight loss might be making your hair thin, you need to make sure you are getting your vitamins. I wash my hair everyday, but it can still get oily by midday in the summer, dry shampoo on my roots when I'm styling it in the morning helps sop up the oil throughout the day. I like the clay based ones versus ones with plant starches, because the starches can get gummy and leave more residue. I lost 120 lbs by the way, and it is a big shock to your body, so it just lets go of a lot of hair because your body thinks it's starving and your hair is not a priority. You should get your doctor to run a blood test and make sure your levels are okay. It may take a year or more for your hair to start growing back, mine took almost 2 years, but it did come back after the massive weight loss! Make sure you have enough b-vitamins, biotin, iron, and vitamin d. You can actually get food cravings from vitamin deficiencies because your body is trying to get those nutrients.

Your hair looks very nice and healthy:) 👍 I’d be interested in your Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner review. Once again- thank you for posting all those thin hair care videos, it helps tons of people who struggle with their thin hair. I do agree that a lot of youtubers with thin hair always wear extensions in their videos which I find completely unnecessary. If your hair is healthy and you look after it it always looks beautiful no matter how thin or thick it is 😊

Yayy so happy to see your upload !! Your hair looks so lush 😊💕 I have fine hair too, I've been using the aussie miracle moist shampoo and conditioner for 6 months now and it really helps prevent my hair from getting dry.. And occasionally I use another product called 'Anne's hair oil' which I got off amazon after hearing people rave about it and use a little pump of that oil mixed with egg white for a hair mask. I only do this once a month cos its a lil bit time consuming but when I do it, it's always totally worth it. Would be interesting to see how those salon shampoos work out!
