Thank you for all the tips Erin! Hope to apply them! :D If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail. Let our advance worrying become advance thinking and planning. Hi guys! It's me again :) You might have seen me before but my desire to inspire more people is what keeps me pushing to reach out more. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we just graduated college and were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I started it out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second one currently under construction but launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

yessss I love these types of videos! I have my calendar color coded as well and it's seriously the best thing ever! I would love to see a plan with me for a week and just get a look into how your work week looks. I know that's kind of strange but my husband and I also work for ourselves and I love seeing how other people manage their time..

I could absolutely do that in a vlog!

I love these they're so helpful! I especially like the whole reset idea! Something I like doing is having stations pre set up in the morning for different projects I need to get done. It really gets me in a good flow and helps me not to get distracted for hours.

I constantly try to do so many things and I get overwhelmed. I know I should focus only on fewer things but I have too many ideas. Thank you Erin for laying it out so comprehensive. I will try to do only 3 main things this month and achieve more. The idea of a color-coordinated calendar is awesome.

I love the new filming set up btw, and all the new videos. Congrats on the group coaching program! That’s epic. I’ve been helping clients with that and it always helps move the business forward plus people actually get results so I know your clients will love it! So exciting :) my 3 things are: 1. Create launch for my course relaunch 2. Set up an evergreen FB Ads sequence 3. Finish writing book Xoxo

Love this video, really needed this! Question: if you are an entrepreneur but also trying to plan a wedding for example would you recommend including that wedding planning in the 3 main monthly focuses or would you recommend making a “master” focus list and a separate one for just life and one for just business related tasks ?

Just love everything you do xx You work so very hard and you are so generous with sharing your knowledge, thank you!! I listen to you videos over and over again and find them very inspiring. I'm a bit older than your normal market (53) and my 'Craft' business generally has an older market, BUT I'm hoping to bring Craft to a younger generation and all your advice helps. Thanks again for all you do. xx

I see loads of videos about planning but what about change of plans (client or boss) and all that can disrupt that planning & routine implementation ? How can I deal better with those than an panic attack (or screams lol)

Thank you for the excellent content. Very useful. (...And I love the clutch in the pic. It’s still not in stock in the US. I check for it daily. Can’t wait to add it to my wardrobe.)

The clutch is actually a part of another tote bag - I believe it's the Uptown tote, large in smooth leather x So its like a 2 in one!

Erin May Henry I knew that YSL just started offering the Uptown Pouch in some countries, but I didn’t realize the pouch comes with the Uptown Tote. Thanks for the tip. The tote is a beautiful piece.
