Chanel has a limit on how many times you can order from their website as well. I ran into that, it’s something like 4 times in 4-6 weeks… I had my order cancelled and wasn’t able to place an order for a few weeks.

That happened to me as well in the spring - the collection rollout was bit by bit so I placed multiple orders each time an item came in stock and then I was banned and my last order was cancelled. 😂I was hardly stockpiling, it was just one item per purchase. I think this blanket policy ends up targeting the wrong people...🙄

It's kind of ridiculous. When the colour collection launched I had to purchase items logged out of my account, so that I could buy what I wanted. AND of course they came in separate deliveries 😅

It happened to me. Suddenly like a few months ago, i was not able to placed order, but it was keep holding funds. Tried after a month, and still the same. So I gave up… it was ridiculous for over 2 weeks my 1000 was on hold. It never happened before that. And I tried various payments.

Erin, I was so excited to see that you posted your review of this collection. You look so pretty! I’m so glad I saw how these blushes look on you. I was thinking about getting the rose blush, but now I’m considering getting the mauve shade. The eyeshadow palette is much more pigmented than the blushes, but they compliment each other beautifully. The primer also looks really good on the skin as well. I’m just waiting till Chanel offers these on their website.

Thanks for your review! You always make everything look so stunning. I was excited and surprised to find the Les Beiges Healthy Winter Glow Collection on Nordstrom's site already. At first, I only saw the Rose Polaire blush but for whatever reason, the other two blushes appeared a few minutes later. I immediately snatched up the Mauve Glacé since it said only a few of each were left. Now, I don't see that one or Coraille Givre anymore. Can't wait for my new blush to arrive! I wasn't really interested in the other pieces of this collection but I'm fairly certain I don't have anything quite like Mauve Glacé.

Hi Erin, are they ever going to come out with new shades of the LE ROUGE DUO ULTRA TENUE Ultrawear Liquid Lip Colour those are the perfect liquid lips that stay put sometimes even after eating. I can’t believe I finally used up one of my Chanel blushes-02 rose bronze. I still have about 5 of the old version, love them.🎄❤️

I purchased all 3 blushes - my makeup drawer was really lacking there. Completely agree with you, the rose shade is SO light. It’s difficult for me to build it up to a noticeable point on my light to medium olive skin. I regret purchasing that shade and wish I went for a primer or the shadows instead. I like that new eye palette. Very pretty. As for the limits at the Chanel stores, I can see it for the reasons you mentioned. And for your personal use, even your video use, the things like mascaras, some lip products you can get at a place like Nordies. And for those mega rich, who have to buy tons of Chanel products, I am available, for a fee of course, to buy your extras in my name 😁🤣

Erin, you always make every makeup look beautiful! The shadow is stunning and really makes your blue eyes pop - I’ll be picking this up. The blush was disappointing as I feel it should have been more pigmented for the price. At least I know I can skip the blush 😊

I don’t use bronzer when I want to go for winter look, even I live in SF. I watch other reviews and blushes were more visible, and on different complexions ( lighter and darker )

I had no idea about the limit, although I just ordered my 46th item of the year (only counting online orders) 😂 only had one order cancelled which they emailed me about to say it was a technical error (I received 10 order confirmation emails for that order strangely) and that was the order after I’d already hit 40 so could be an automated trigger maybe… but that’s excluding my purchases in the boutique so I guess if you can’t order online try in person maybe..

That happened to me on Chanel online. I had placed multiple orders because items were selling out so fast and I couldn’t place my order. I called their CS and they said I couldn’t place another order till the following month! Apparently, people resell LE items for more money and Chanel does not like that it goes against their integrity. I understand that but I ended up missing out on some LE items.

That’s interesting about the limit the customer can buy on beauty in a year…..I’m up in Canada and in the store we sell only the Chanel Fragrances. We can only sell to one customer at a time two items with the same upc code and up to six total in one transaction. They track us and know if it’s not followed. I accidentally sold three No. 5 lotions as the end of my shift and realized what i had done too late….I had to notify my manager and she waited to see if an email would come from Chanel. Yes…they are strict with that.

This is so funny the one colour in the eye palette you like as a standout is the one colour I never use. Too sparkly. Glad I skipped the blush. The lipstick for this release was a real disappointment looks like nothing on my lips
