You can see in the interview that Rog really gets the best out of Haaland, who is not always the best interviewee. Shows Rog's personality and interview style is infectious.

Rog is an incredible interviewer. His conversation with Humphrey Ker last week was almost emotional for me. To be able to do what he does with words is really a gift.

As a very recent viewer and then subsciber I totally agree. I came hear purely because I was watching alot of pods that involved interviews involving Wrexham. But as the saying goes in podcasts 'You come for the subject and stay for the host'...something like that. And that definitely applies..to me anyway..in my case. Great skills as an interviewer..Good knowledge..passionate, informed, lots of energy. Most of all...genuine. That provides a safe space for them. Which I think his guests respect and acknowledge. I think they sense all these qualities and so give back more in return:):)

I love interviewers like you who ask actually interesting questions, it’s cool to see how haaland is too he’s very smart compared to other footballers.

That is one hell of a coup mate. Getting Haaland in for interview - that's pretty special. And what an interview, what a wonderful style of interview, you really brought him out of himself. The questions, I loved the funny embellishments but more I love that Haaland appreciated the comedy too. And you gave him the space to express himself without treading on his toes and established a lovely rapport. Really well done!

As to the nonchalant celebration, I have to say I'm massively in favor of it. My coach used to roast anyone who celebrated a goal with too much vigor. He would pull you aside and hit you with this pearl: "act like you've done it before."

Haaland has been involved in 74 goals (61 goals) in 63 Premier league games for City, Since coming to City he has been involved in 93 goals in 94 games! Still people critisize him…baffling. How many goals would he have scored if he was given more supply and not being injured the periods he has. A scary thought.. So far in his career he has been involved in 274 goals in 277 games!

Great interview. Kudos to you for getting the best out of him and letting him be so comfortable, like two friends. Haaland has scored 21 hattricks in about 300 games. Ronaldo scored his first 20 hattrick when he had played 600 games. Still some people say he is only a tap-in merchant. He will never get his deservedly respect. Its pathetic how some people talk about him. Ghosting in big games? He has scored against every team he has played against, except RM and Inter and in those games he was hardly used and instead he created room for others to score. People dont understand that better teams also have better players, better organized in defense and have players glued to Haaland and City also plays different against them…even more posession than usual. They just count if he scores and not and they seriously think Haaland should score every goal City scores…clowns.

Erling Haaland will be the greatest in 5 years time commercially. He will set records that so many children across the world will aspire to. He will be number 2 to Mo Salah but that wont bother him. Sheik Monsur will reward him handsomely like no other. Good times ahead for Haaland fans.
