I'm just a fan too old and too far away from Wrexham but watching from afar has become such a highlight as my winter years advance. R&R as owners have changed the game for the better. To care and to love the people of Wrexham is the epitome of a modern saying that I never quite understood until they came along: Think globally but act locally. Such is what they're doing and heartening an old man in a distant land who they will never know but whose optimism about life was waning but now has had the breath of life breathed into him enough to sustain me to journey's end. I can hardly believe the miracle of Wrexham not just for me but for all the unknowns who admire this tale of love in action. Thanks Roger, thanks Rob & Ryan.

Great interview, Rog! Love you, Rob! Wrexham has literally changed my life. I never cared about any sports before, let alone football, and now I haven't missed a Wrexham game in 2 years (including 2 at the Racecourse and 4 in the US,) I'm interested in my local MLS team which I didn't know existed before, I have a whole new group of football friends, AND next year I plan to start playing in a local football league for old ladies like me!

I work a fair amount of soccer in Philly as a cameraman, so I’m a little familiar with the game, and have a team I follow in the champions league, but when Wrexham came along, seeing a Philly boy with a big dream I was immediately turned on and can’t stop watching. I love what they’ve done with the team, how they got the town involved and how people are affected in a positive way. I would leave Philly right now for an opportunity work in this environment in Wales.

I have so much respect for Rob, he seems like such a relatable, well-spoken fellow who geniuneally cares about Wrexham AFC, and the Wrexham community. We've got a fantastic guy like this, plus his new best mate (who's also cut from the same cloth) - as our Chairmen, with not a bad bone in either of them....and yet _still_ the hatred from other clubs' fanbases in hurled our way, hoping & praying that they fail, do a runner and leave us in the sh*t once more. Jealousy is an awful, awful human trait. Rob....Ryan.....Thank you for everything you've done, and continue to do, for our club & our town. In almost 50yrs of following Wxm, I've never felt as excited for our future as what I do now! 👏👏👍

I love what they are doing, but your response is wrong placed. When you're in the shit, it is absolutely natural to be hurt that someone else is lifted out of it, and you're left behind. It is unfair, and it rightfully creates anger. So long as that is kept to words and grumbles and does not manifest in other ways, it is fair. Theoretically, any team could have had angel investors like this, but only Wrexham did. What has happened thanks to Rob and Ryan is amazing, but everyone else who doesn't have investors like them should be allowed their sour grapes.

Hi Roger- keep doing these fantastic interviews - you have an amazing gift. A favour: please ask, for me, STOK to do a decaf version of the green label? True story: I tried the unusually large sampler in the Vancouver fanzone at around 2PM. I was so impressed as to how smooth it was since I am not a coffee drinker. Fast forward 12 hours later… I am still very much wide awake. So I am writing to a Wrexham vlogger and he replies “what are you doing being awake”? LOL. I am very jealous that you can drink coffee till a few minutes before going to sleep. Thank you from a 🇨🇦 Vancouver Wrexham fan! 😊

As much as where Ryan gets praise for bringing the glamour to Wrexham, this slightly over shadows Rob's achievements in TV/film and he's very humble in that respect. Aside from the Hollywood side, Rob's always been passionate about supporting the community and that was so clear early on in the documentaries. I would imagine they've made more money from the documentary and sideshow bits from the football rather than from the club itself and they've really thrown a lot of money into Wrexham as a city. For Rob this very much seems a passion project more about supporting community

I am a Chelsea fan, so I know the importance of building a sustainable model. Post Abramovich, our club has struggled trying to do just that, and I think we have gotten over the worst of that transition. Also, having non-football people in charge is something Chelsea had to deal with. Fortunately, Wrexham didn’t have to face the very high expectations that the Blues did, and do. Hats off to the balancing act that R and R have managed between building the infrastructure (financial, personnel, staff and physical plant) and the desire to win and gain promotion.
