A lot of people don't even realize that this guy, along with former Isley Bros Keyboardist Chris Jasper wrote 99% of the Isley Bros briggest hits in the 70s!!! From Who's That Lady, etc. One of my all-time favorite guitarists and a huge inspiration.

My man to Ernie's left is just nonchalantly stuffing envelopes and eating pistachios while the Legendary Mr.Isley gets busy Rockin his custom Stratocaster. He and Ronald "Mr. Big" Isley continue their historical run as one of the Best R&B bands ever. If you ever have the opportunity to see them, as well as other Legendary artists, do so,by all means, while in theirs and in your lifetimes, you will Never forget the experience. "Who's That Lady " and "Summer Breeze" are two of my favorite numbers, that feature Ernie out front, and his Brothers definitely holding it down.

My all time favorite guitar 🎸 player in the world 🌍 Ernie Isley, because of his clear and unique delayed smooth sound. He grew up watching the best guitarist that ever lived and that was the legendary Jimi Hendrix There is no comparison.

Crazy.. all those people just casually strolling past.. and that one pudgy sap just sitting there like he's actually annoyed by it.. may as well be waiting for a bus. Meanwhile, an iconic legend is standing there in their midst playing one of his trademark flowered guitars (with some familiar licks no less) and these idiots just keep on strolling and sapping. No clue. None. Absofuckinglutely amazing. If I were to walk up on that scene I wouldn't move until the last note fell and I shook his hand in faithful thanks and admiration. This is just plain sick. Either Ernie was doing this as a donation for a cause or some trade show promoter paid him a good chunk and ended up disappointed for spending money on a bunch of dolts for an audience.

You just told the Goddamn truth, if you never tell it again in your life ! That fuckin, fat, fake, funky ass cigar roller, was actually turnin up his nose, as 1 of THE greatest guitarist & legends in music history is playing !!!!!!! I bet if it was some 1 hit wonder, overrated ass white guitarist, they would've been a fuckin crowd . I blame whoever promoted & set up Ernie's set . Now you see why, a lot of legends in music, do not like to be bothered, associated, or next to people, they deem below their status .

Sorry for not replying about the pedal questions. I can't remember specifically which ones he was using but I'm pretty sure we borrowed them from the extremely cool Tech 21 folks next door. You could probably find out by going to their website and matching them up. Thanks Dale!
