Just a note: if anyone who has bought season 6 pass and didn't get the characters. You have to claim them in the store on your console. Same thing will probably go for season 7 pass once Gaara releases.

For Xbox do everything Ernie said but instead of resetting the game wait for it to download, then just collect it right away, then equip the said master

If you don’t get the dlc just check and see if you got the right thing and if you do have the right dlc turn the Xbox on and off or try to move or reinstall it

Go to the store page and look at all extra content. There you have to go one by one on the characters (should be free download after purchasing pass)
