As an ancom, I'm far from a fan of the USSR - I'd argue they betrayed the proletariat and the revolutionary ideals they claimed to stand for about a year into their existence, having fully abandoned them by the time they began attacking Makhno's black army and slaughtering the Kronstadt sailors. That said: Fascism most certainly was a monstrous ideology, and I have naught but praise and gratitude for those brave working men and women who took up arms against it.

All i know is that "never declare war on a powerful nation (even when it's in a civil war) that what the Guamanian Democratic People's Republic (GDPR) learned the hard way. One leader who also used to be the leader of the GDPR made the same measurements he used when he was leader of the Guamanian Democratic People's Republic. It cause an economic Crisis called the "Guamerfi Crisis of 1988. The entire nation found out about it and the IGPD confronted him in his house. He said "it was because i am trying to reform the GDPR (Guamanian Democratic People's Republic)" the police didn't buy it and arrested him.
