This is very Sky High(2005). Superhero school. The Hero-Sidekick-"janitor"(originally bus driver) spiel. Protagonist initially not having powers. Protagonist being the child of the best superhero duo. Female's powers were just reversed. Instead of being a techno path that fixed and controls technology she breaks them. Sigh...Pinoys being pinoys.
