Erode to Coimbatore on TPJ-PGT Passenger | When passenger trains are as fast as Express trains

This is a Journey on the Tiruchirappalli - Palakkad town passenger. I was on this journey from Erode to Coimbatore and the reason to choose this train was I have only this train is available on the time that I needed to travel.
being a Rail Fan I am not so much a fan of passenger trains but this being the only choice and was traveling with family so I had to take this train.
My initial plan was to take the Chennai Mangalore West Coast express but that was rescheduled to a new time by three hours late which didn’t work for us.
So as you can see this passenger train I was hauled by WAP 1 and was interesting to see how the journey goes.
But to my surprise this train was as fast as normal express train and superfast trains.
Although this train stopped at many stations it never ran late and the duration was almost similar to an express train on this route
The train was jampacked and crowded as on that time there was no intra-district bus running between Coimbatore Tiruppur erode Salem and other cities so train were the only choice and passenger train were the choice as it has a very low fare
There are many stations on the road which doesn’t even have a good platform & some has platforms way lower than the train so that needs to be corrected by the office also that if people getting down on those stations could get down better and there are more senior citizen travelling on this train too
Well the journey of the passenger train was very good not disappointing

Excatly brother. I usually record from the seat as it was crowded for few mins recorded from Door. There were many of them waiting for Theft.
