Life Savers may be the USA's closest thing to a Polo, same shape similar size peppermint flavor. Erol did well. He does seem to learn quickly as far as new locations and challenges. He's a good lad!

Yes, I agree. I think Life Savers are the US version of polos. Or maybe Mentos? Those are chewy and minty. Altoids would most likely be TOO strong of a mint for a horse. My horses just get the regular round peppermints, the round white ones with the red stripes on the side. Just good old fashioned classic peppermints. The metabolic horses have special low starch treats, so they can indulge as well without all the sugar
