Augment is definitely my favorite Erra album so it’s really great seeing them playing the old stuff. The whole band is always impressive but Jesse’s vocals sound great here.

They're playing it a full step down from the album version (G# instead of A#), which is a great move bc he can hit the notes so much more consistently

@@RockRoller95I agree, I noticed in things like snowblood live he really struggled because I believe he was trying to hit the high notes with his chest voice. Maybe it was an insecurity thing for him if he used his head voice but I thought his head voice sounded fine I’m glad with things like cure and pale iris on the newer album he stuck to the lower notes

I’ve been absolutely obsessed with this album over the past couple of months, it just hits different in comparison to the other albums Like don’t get me wrong, impulse is great…..but there is no better and more epic ending to an album than dementia and everything leading up to it being so well crafted helps it’s case so much more to be their literal best album hands down.
