Erra is everything I ever wanted from a band growing up. Most musicians overdo it with playing super technical and it just sounds like someone going out of their way to show off. Erra blends it perfectly.

This what I keep telling people. Normally I dont get into technical stuff it's ok but gets boring real fast. These guys seem to have found the perfect balance between technicality and tastefulness

Except the difference is Jesse knows right when to throw in some straight bar chords 2:56 to give you a breath from the chaos, then right back in! That's artistry of Erra to me. They don't overdo it and keep a little bit of radio hook vibe in there.
