Oh ya he's definitely telling the truth. It's tough if you want to be big in America and come from south Africa during apartheid. He needs to pretend he's a victim of the system despite obviously benefitting... This requires making up a lie your dad is a monster when he's just like you tbh and also scapegoat people to really drive the point home, which gives me insight why he wants to do this to me. It's a convenient way for him to tear down America, like he saw happen to his home country, while fooling dopes he CURS. Problem is we have democracy, not apartheid, he and people like him are why there is oppression relative to other developed Nations. The tards will be fooled right into monarchy. C

It seems clear thar Elon did not receive much support. His investment in Zip2 is previously noted, close to 30k USD and probably the most significant contribution to his career. The emerald story is overblown. His father was maybe wealthy earlier on but had to trade his twinprop plane for some small emerald stones that covered their living for many years and then sold his yacht to cover the rest of the years. So it is true, Elon Musk was born in a rich family, and his father used to recieve emeralds from a mine, though i doubt he had a stake in it. So Elon was living comfortably working in the US, and was recieving financial help . This proves it
@errolmusk-dadofagenius7280 Жыл бұрын
Elon's father's family were immigrants (from Europe) in South Africa, and after the war Errol grew up with the bare minimum: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i3XdaKx6hcx3qbM. Although Errol became, in South African terms, financially very successful as consulting engineer, and managed to help Elon financially when he sent him to US, in terms of US dollar it was not nearly enough to launch Elon in doing what he needed to do. Elon was extremely dedicated and worked very very hard to overcome difficulties, he definitely did not initially arrive in luxury in US. Errol's momentum and extreme intellect influenced Elon, but the enormous progress Elon made in US was via his own input. (The negotiation of selling an aeroplane in exchange for some emeralds to trade with: a sideline that may have given a twinkle in the eye, but not at all Errol's primary income. It has been sensationalized totally out of proportion.) Above - my conclusion after months of consecutive interviews with Elon's father - Anneke, M.A Clin Psych.

Errol: Elon is one of my heros not because of what he does but WHY he does it. It seems obvious to me that thing I admire most in him comes from you sir. Your ability to think deeply about what's important and especially what is NOT important is so obviously on display in these conversations. Regardless of your mistakes, Elon has a lot to be grateful for. Parents teach us what to do and what NOT to do by example and you provided him an unimaginable set of varied experiences, conversations and ideas for his brain to make decisions with. What I see is a very very proud father of his children, and that I can see clearly that Elon is hurt, but he doesn't have the maturity to see that in his father time, there was not much pursue of happiness, there was an expectation to overcome obstacles and make the best of life by working A LOT. And what Elon is doing now? Working a lot, and not really doing much with his 9 children or so. So, I just hope, that they could see how this things happen and learn the most difficult thing in life, and is to forgive. Is more difficult than going to Mars, because for mars, he could even rearrange money supplies and be a super villain, is a solving problem machine. But to forgive, is to forgive yourself and the other. I don't know if Elon is that big, but I hope he is.
