You guys do know that its media time. Look how close the people are sitting. Lots of time they sign an obligation as part of the promotion to do open work outs (like the first 15-20 minutes of his day). So lots of times, his camp isn't going to show you any tricks they're working on. Next, you don't know if he's just going through the motions and giving the media their photo ops. After that, nobody knows how much that bag weighs - they'll have a bag for power shots only (maybe 200lb) a mid weight bag which swings more, which you move around on more (100-150) and then the lighter bags, double end bag, speed bag, all based on movement , timing and precision. Last thing - there are tons of guys that can look "good" on a heavy bag, yet when you get them in the ring their foot movement, timing and shot placement is terrible.
