Did you report or announce the error to them, might be a matter of an update, mine haven't arrived and now I found your video, I guess all products have some kind of glitch regardless of what .model or brand , I hope I don't get this error 😢

I made this video to use as proof for my RMA, since it was to long to attach via email. I bought 3 pairs, one for me, for my brother and for my mom. 2 are working flawlessly. My brothers, not so much. Baseus just sent new ones, after presenting this proof. I'm sure it was an isolated incident, since mines and my mom's are working perfectly.

@@tierrirodrigues6591 After playing with them the whole day I must say YESSS! the hype is real, very well for the price, I just had to change the rubber covers to smaller but that's also a +plus because it comes with S, M and L, I can tweak both or one earbuds to play/pause and the other or both to previous/next song, the only real negative so far is that I noticed while inside the app at any given moment I cannot use the options as a warning in red letters says that I must do reconnect when I have them paired or connected but at the same time I'm listening to music but the app acts like it needs me to place them in the charger and open charger up again to detect them and allow me to tweak EQ or enable/disable ANC, besides that all GREAT!!!!! Another thing is that we must do a custom Equalizer or we are losing a lot of boom/bass and treble from the earbuds. This is the EQ I always try to use regardless of the amount of Hertz or decibels: 32: 3 64: 6 125: 9 250: 7 500: 6 1k: 5 2k: 7 4k: 9 8k: 11 16k: 8 Hope you got your replacement already, thanks again.
