Bhai sabse pahle aapko old yani jo pahli pf member id hai uska pf ka paisa current yani 2nd pf member id me transfer karna padega uske bad jab aap job leave karoge or 2 month complete ho jayege tab aap date of exit mention karna current member id me date of exit mention kar loge to aapko form 19 and pension form 10c doni milege pahle pf form 19 apply karna uske bad pension form 10c apply karna phir sara paisa old pf member id yani pahle pf member id or 2nd pf member id ka paisa aapke bank account me aa jayega. I found the solution...check the web site late night or early morning (10pm to 6 am), it will work. I could submit the claim and got it settled in 10 days.

@@amar610 hi Amarji, Make sure that the bank account number and IFSC code are correct. If not, they have to be updated first. While submitting claim you will get an Adhaar OTP, if OTP is accessible, then it shouldn't be a problem. Anyways while submitting claim, all kind of validations are done, so you will get to know if any discrepancy in your data.
