Hi I had paid the fees and completed the US Visa application in June 23. However I had not scheduled an appointment . On 29th July the portal was updated. In the new portal Iam stuck in a loop. Once I click on continue application it takes me to updating the address for the delivery of the pass port . Once I click on this it comes back to continue application. There is no window or a link through which I can schedule an interview appointment. I have written five times emails to the email I'd that is mentioned in their new portal. The situation remains the same. I have also conveyed this matter in the message section. I have tried calling the customer care number. Either it is engaged or if I get connected then I am put on hold with a recorded message going for more than 15 minutes and there is no person attending my call. Can you pl suggest some solution.

Mostly there won’t be a issue …ds 160s should be accurate and tell them that is a human error and I have no option to correct them …they will accept with no issues

For us the dependents are appearing on the Manage Dependent page in it's lower part where name and passport details are mentioned. There is a Remove button which do not work. If we click on Add dependents it takes us to the next page which has dependent info. There is no edit or next button. We have to come back. Will the ADD BUTTON move the dependent from down to upside portion where DS-160 details are also there? not sure. But as of now nothing working.

If u haven’t paid fees u can close application and start new application …if u have paid fees don’t go for close application option

How many times u rescheduled ur appointment..if it’s once or twice ur fee receipt will be still active …I can signup to new cgi portal with same email Id and try to book appointment again

I am getting an error saying Applicants Biodata is currently blocked which is not allowing me to proceed further. I have opened up a case ticket under Feedback/ Requests but there had been no response. I even documented the issue in an email but haven't received any response. Can some one please let me know how to contact the customer service or help resolve this issue

Have you booked appointment for self and dependent? Did you make payment before or after the portal migration?

For us we had just created profile in Old portal and added dependents but after moving to new portal on payment page we are getting fee details only for primary members. The dependents are appearing on Manage Dependent page one lower side with ADD and REMOVE option. We assume that ADD option will move the dependents on the upper side of the Manage Dependent page and then only we will get next payment page with total family fee details
