The main theme here is that the shoes I bought were manufactured with defects and in a few wears, it was damaged. opening them from the sides and suggesting repair instead of replacement.. This is not acceptable…. So today; On 26/05/2023 around 11:00 am, I learned about the decision to repair it by Ms. Hülya, I do not accept your decision, you are the owner of the company, you may not decide impartially, don't you have a committee of experts who produce, you could get support from them... I am writing again right now, if this damage has occurred due to my use, I do not have any request from you.
